Hello, I was assigned (by my coach) a 4x1 mile workout at my 2 mile race pace this week. The rest is equal rest. I feel like this seems really difficult and an unreasonable pace to hit for all those miles, but maybe I’m wrong. I suppose the equal rest helps a lot, but please let me know what you think about this workout and if you have any better suggestions for me. I am a bit clueless as this is only my 2nd track season so help is appreciated -thank you.
