I don’t know the current rules, but in the very old days an amateur competing against professionals automatically lost his/her amateur status. These days it seems like just about anything goes.
If it's any consolation, the next two on the list are:
5) Elise Cranny 4:10.95 ----> 3:58.88
6) Addy Wiley 4:11.43 ----> 3:59.17
The NB time of 4:36 1mile vs SR time of 4:09.7 1500m seem off. Did she have a great SR 1500m time or bombed at NB 1mile? Wouldn’t 4:36 concert to 4:18ish?

I know you will be shocked by this, but not everyone runs their exact pr in every race. Most importantly, she won both races.
For a couple of years now, she's put up a bunch of 4:3x miles, it's really just today that she popped one a lot faster.

Amazing what drafting and having competition can do, eh?

In case you missed it, Engelhardt led most of the race. The only drafting going on were the “pros” following her.
