Hi, i have two road 5Ks coming up in 4 and 8 weeks from now. Would like to get some opinions on what time is more realistic to target?
Last 5K was in Sep23 in 17:11
Put in a base of ~1800km since then, no real workouts at all
2 weeks ago i raced 4,3km in 14:46 (3:24/km)
Last week i tt'ed a 10k in 35:47
Will do 2 workouts/week from now and probably race a 3k in 2 weeks
Im running for about 15months now, m24
