your times are basically D3. you could research and there are a small handful of horrible D1 and D2 you could maybe run for, but then your D1 and you get destroyed at the actual meets by both D1s and even the good D2 and D3s. so it's do you want to "say" you ran D1.
your times are like mediocre-to-bad D3 honestly. but if you go D3 a lot of schools are no-cut and take anyone, and the times are a little slower where you won't just get destroyed. some D3s do cut so be careful.
do your research. look at schools with what you want to major in. look up the TFRRS of the schools that interest you -- they post race times. you can get a sense how fast they run, team average, how many runners go to meets, where you would fit in.
