Photo finish (.03) upset in the IC4A 5k champs by Luke Marsankis of Maine (who’s had a great season by the looks of it…) Anybody know what Maine is doing for training nowadays? We’ve all heard Lech’s a great coach…

Herd dat guy doin crazy shi at practice, he must b a 🥩⚙️
Real Carlosheads rise up
Looks like old Marky isn't the coach there anymore. Seems like the program, has turned into a meat grinder since he left. New guy inherited four decent athletes in Troxell, Marsankis, Mills and Thornton Sherman. Looks like Luke is the only one who survived the transition. Troxell might still be around, but Mills and Thornton Sherman are off the roster.
How about them celtics eh
The new coach has really put together a deep team. They have improved even though they lost 2 of their best guys. I wouldn’t call it a “meat grinder”
Not really seeing the “depth” in a team losing their conference by 40+ points and unable to put up any serious fight against Lowell on the track. Seems like something a team says when they don't really have anything. Good for the black bears for being “on the come up” or whatever, you’re running deep with online sh*t talk. Personally, I’d rather have the fast guys, depth starts at 14:3x.
Thorton-Sherman transferred to Miss and broke 4 (unattached I guess) at Vandy this winter, probably saw his own potential and wanted to be in a bigger pond
No idea if Maine training is a meat grinder or not but the coach previously had success building the program at Augusta (DII) in GA. Would definitely like to know what they do (or what Augusta did) if anybody has intel, there are some impressive HS to college trajectories on their roster
It is a meat grinder for some. He's happy to let them run well over 100 mpw. I know ETS was running more like 80 his freshman year. But it does result in kind of a revolving door of top runners, nobody gets more than 1-2 seasons at the top for them before being perma-injured.
This guy is definitely the new coach lol
Idk what meat grinder is supposed to mean but I bet they grind their meat
I’m done with the books I’m for the streets now
The streets are ass I think I might go kill myself now
young sheldon is dead
RIP Young Sheldon, we all knew it was coming
He tied all seven of his appendages to seven respectably-sized pieces of twine with seven treadmills attached to the other ends… you can see where I’m going with this. For a boy so small you wouldn’t expect such a mess and I have but a single rag to clean it up his precious innards with )-,:
wish me luck!
