I'm currently out with achilles tendinitis and a stress reaction in my shin. My progression looked like this with my summer training pr my freshman year going from 10:00 - 6:40. I ran sub 5 at the end of cross season. I ran 4:44 in track my freshman year. I ran 4:35 at the end of my sophomore cross season, my pr stayed the same in sophomore track season. I got hurt during my junior cross season and tried building back up, currently out indefinitely during my junior track season. Is it still possible to run 4:16 my senior year?
