I'm going to Vegas in a few weeks. Staying @ the MGM. Just wondering if there's any good running around that area. Never been before. I'd like to run each morning that I'm there though. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanx.

Las Vegas Blvd., which is where the MGM Grand is located, runs north and south. I would advise running on the east to west streets, as the Strip is busy 24-7, and the taxis have absolutely no time for skinny ass runners. I also suggest either Industrial Way or Paradise Drive, which run parallel to LV Blvd. Less traffic, unless there is a convention in town. If so, then avoid Paradise; that'st he taxi shortcut from McCarron to the Convention Center. If you must run on the Strip, go south towards the Mirage and the Luxor. You'll be out of town (and away from the crowds) in no time.
