I'm a 15 year old sophomore in high school my current PRs are
400 - 1:05
800 - 2:27
1600 - 5:29
3200 - 12:18
and I want to run by the end of senior year
400 - :59
800 - 1:59
1600 - 4:59
3200 - 11:00
Some of the times are sketch because I had events before I ran the PR but I want to know if this would be possible and any training or race tips
