Michael Ohioze is not from a small island in the Carribean though. Ohioze is a solidly Nigerian name so he's probably born in Britain to Nigerian parents.

Two track coaches charged with providing PEDs to Tokyo Olympians.
More information released on the case with Eric Lira, Blessing Okagbare & Divine Oduduru. Hopefully this can put an end to this cheating scandal.
O’Neil Wright and Dewayne Barrett helped Lira provide at least three Olympic athletes —representing Nigeria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom — with a list of banned substances, including erythropoietin, or EPO, human growth hormone and clenbuterol, according to an indictment unsealed Thursday and filed in the Southern District of New York.
The reason I don’t think it’s him - is because there is a text message which the Washington post mentions where Lira texts to Blessing saying something like ‘what do you need to make you and British athlete medal winners’. Therefore…it has to be a British athlete who was a medal contender - in the sprints, the only person that could be is Zharnel….unless we’re all looking in the wrong place and it’s a field event we…or as EPO was involved, maybe endurance….?

Are you sure this is correct? The version I read in the Washington post states that the text was from Barrett, not Lira, and it reads as follows: “how do you need us to help you and [another athlete] be gold medalist?”
Apologies you are correct, I was trying to remember from memory - but the point being - no matter how many drugs NMB takes, he’s not a medal contender - no offence NMB! Therefore - it has to be someone who is a medal contender, like Blessing was - Zharnel is the closet sprint medal contender GB has.
One problem we have is that we don't know which statements relate to which athletes. They could even refer to unnamed athletes which aren't from the UK or Switzerland, as far as we know. Nobody may know.
I'm assuming the UK athlete is a sprinter since the self-styled 'doping coaches' are former sprinters themselves. EPO is also used by sprinters, though that's not commonly recognised.
An American man is jailed for providing performance-enhancing drugs to Tokyo 2020 athletes after becoming the first person to be charged under the Rodchenkov Anti-Doping Act.
