Could be. He tested positive on 15 March 2021 with the results upheld and he missed the Tokyo Olympics and has no marks listed since.
Big jumps in performance can happen, contrary to what many of the half-wits here believe about "linear progression", but that guy has a 14 year history of a normal-looking progression then had a huge jump at 30 years old, the year he tested positive. So unless he had issues with his technique for 14 years while running 10.08 - 10.30 then yes 2021 was very fishy. At 5'11" 172 lbs he is far from a cyborg and in many photos he looks rather soft. What pisses me off about guys like him is they bring suspicion on guys like me who is more jacked than him at a much older age and I have done almost no workouts the past 3 years. All the doping has made it difficult to be a normal freak of nature.

Wilson was linked to Lira back in 2021 (social media posts about it have since been removed), and because of this he has to be the prime suspect. Wilson moreover was suspended for doping at the same time as Blessing Okagbere, almost to the day. Coincidence? Unlikely. Wilson raced and set his PR in Georgia (just before his ban), and one the two doping coaches cited in the document - O’Neil Wright - is based out of Georgia. I'd say it's case closed on who the Swiss athlete is. The UK athlete is harder to work out.

The UK athlete is either Nathaneel Mitchell-Blake or Adam Gemili. I'm leaning towards Gemili as he trained in the same group as Okagbare. But could possibly be Mitchell-Blake as he has links in Louisiana where he went to college which is right next to Texas.

The Reider / Airale group were at a camp in Slovakia prior to Tokyo.
This is where Okagbere tested positive. Just a few days prior Oduduru had contacted someone to move stuff out of his apartment which is where they found the drugs, that matched the list Okagbere ordered from Lira.
A year later Christopher Taylor is refusing an out of competition test.
And a UK male athlete is reported to have received drugs from Lira. There is only one UK male athlete who's been consistently around the 3 other athletes implicated and that's Gemili.

Its extremely unlikely to be Gemili, given that he was just announced on the new World Athletics Athlete Commission last week. World Athletics may do dumb thing but creating a PR nightmare like having an athlete who is currently under investigation for doping on the athlete commission would even be beyond them.
