Fayetteville Manlius won half a dozen NXN titles on the back of the Ryan family (Nick, Olivia, Peter, Sophia) and the Walters family (Joe, Rebecca, Claire). Nick was a 4:05/8:50 guy and set the Bowdoin Park course record, Peter was their top guy when they won NXN in 2014, Olivia was their top girl the same year (Sophia was 3rd). I believe Sophia has run 4:17 for 1500 as a collegiate runner for Utah and Binghamton. The Walters were less impressive nationally except Claire who was top 5 at NXN multiple times, but the other two both scored on national champion teams.
Also out of upstate NY, the Lawson family includes professional runner Jessica McGorty (formerly Lawson), 2x NXN qualifier Sarah Lawson, and two other siblings, Nathan and Alicia who were both fairly competitive runners at the state level. The Lawler brothers from Pittsford Mendon are another shout, one was a FL qualifier and the other an NXN all-american in high school, then both went on to run sub-14:00 at Syracuse.
Looking at shorter distances, there are the Watson sisters from Rush-Henrietta. Sammy is of course the star but her sister Ceara ran 54 in high school and then 53/2:05 at Arkansas in College.
Downstate there are the Claibornes, both 1:50/4:10 runners in high school, as well as the Rizzos, both also 1:50ish high schoolers and now sub-4:00 milers at Georgetown and Navy. Also from Northport the McGowan twins, both sub-9:00 2-milers and Tim has run 7:56/13:46.
Focused on NY for this post but yes, that is McGorty as in the McGorty brothers, Sean, Brandon, and Ryan (Jessica is married to Brandon). They also deserve a mention on this list; Sean with PRs of 7:37/13:02/27:18, Brandon with a 1:48 and 2:23 to his name, and Ryan with a 3:44. Pretty good.
