Could care less if they recruit. If you’re a young runner with potential why wouldn’t you go somewhere to train with the best. This happens in every sport. Look at Belichick talking about IMG football last night.
More interested in why they don’t progress like Union Catholic. I assume young kids have similar training programs. Both get great middle school runners yet Union Catholic runners seem to improve more. They just ran 8:40 in the 4x8 with one senior. (Just speaking about the girls.)
