Barely.
29.9 had someone at the gym time me.
On a flat indoor track, outside lane.
At least I broke 30. Was expecting 28 or 29.

How old are you?
Sounds like you're ready for the 'Thon.
It doesn't matter. I ran 26.2 FAT over 20 years ago.
I also didn't use spikes today. And my effort was hard, but not 100%. Maybe 90-95%.
I haven't run since May. Still have minor plantar fasciitis though it's getting better.
Not bad, you got some wheels. That's why they call him Wheels Teasle.
Also I split 25.9 in a relay once. Indoors.
You'll break 30!
That's what they all say.
He will be 39 in November.
Having to sprint to go sub 30 is the most objective proof that Jakob Ingebrigtsen isn't real. He goes sub 30 just jogging along. That's not possible.

Thanks. Will try. My endurance is currently pretty good.
Used to be able to run 27-28 (flying start, maybe 29 out of blocks) so I'd like to get back to that.
Wasn't really into the 220 but was running 25 something in HS, a 10.2PR(usually ran 10.4ish) at 100yards. I had no speed endurance at all. A 4x4 leg scared me to death, I'd actually get sick if told they needed me there. Worst pain there was coming off that last turn and everybody could see me wimping out, very traumatic experience.
Are you a sperm donor?
Do you have an inheritance?

You are better off to time yourself as strangers can introduce a lot of error if they aren't experienced. I use the CF method of starting with first foot contact over the line. It's easy to be consistent. The only annoying thing is if you give it your all and then fumble trying to stop it at the line.

Who only gives 90-95%?
Was Matt London holding the watch?
Great work, keep it up.
I broke 60s for 400m in a time trial today at 89 percent effort. I’m 45.

Why would I go flat out with minimal running experience in several weeks?
On tight turns? I don't want to hurt myself.

I threw a football over a mountain once.
