Back when Letsrun used to be a running message board , I received a great tip to use surgical tape with transpore that you buy at any Pharmacy. It works like a charm for 10 years.
But the downside is that it fries your running shirt pretty quickly. You get this 1" honeycomb spot from the friction where you have the tape.
Anybody using anything that does the trick to stop chaffing yet not snag up your shirts?
(PS. it is not necessary for anyone to comment and say that you go shirtless. It adds nothing to the topic)
