I never ran before March of this year. I run 1:55 800m and 4:26 1600m. What should I expect my improved times to be with hard work? I’m a Junior.
Try not to limit yourself to a single idea/time. That's a really good 'starting point' (being new to it). The key is to have a coach who knows how to progress you without overdoing it. My recommendation, rather than setting a limit, is to say to yourself, "let's see how low I can get." Focus on that idea daily and good things will happen and you could drop a lot of time off those numbers.
Why do so many quote their stats and ask how good could they be? I don't get it. I mean if you're asking if it's worth your time to train and see if you can improve, well, most that train, they do improve. So there's that. The best answer is to find out yourself. No one here can give you an accurate answer. Even if they did nail it, what's your level of effort going to be? If you're asking, I'm thinking not as high as someone who just goes out and does the work. So it can never really be accurate.
Just give yourself a goal, not huge, make it short term, see if you can hit it. If you like what you're doing, level up again. See where it takes you. You'll find your answer.

If this is legit you are really talented. Like you could maybe run 1:50 and 4:05 as a senior, or maybe faster. But did you do other sports? Surely you were not overweight and you must have been an active teenager? Anyway if legit then just focus on improving and learning.

I think you need to work on your proofreading skills.
Chatgpt can easily do this WITHOUT LOSING ANY MEANING. Grammar police are OBSOLETE.

With consistent hard work, what kind of improvements can I expect in my race times?"
I’m not sure either. I run 4x4 and my 400 time is 50, I’m sure I can improve that. The 1600 was so difficult tue first time I ran it but it’s getting easier l. Honestly I still dislike running the 1600 but my coach needs me to do it so I do.
