in modern day American some people use "hot sauce" as their personality.
don't be that. I enjoy Cholula
I keep Yucateco Green and Valentina (yellow label) on hand all the time for table use. Yucateco for tacos, quesadillas, and other Mexican fare.
The Valentina is nothing particularly special but just a good-if-basic Mexican sauce that's ridiculously cheap (like $3 per liter). It's good on tacos and stufftoo but I particularly like it on like chili. And eggs. And also potatoes (like hash browns).
For a sauce you can buy almost anywhere, Cholula is my go-to (except for the Chipotle flavor).
aka miso from bravado spice co.
If we are just talking flavor and not high heat, I don’t anything beats Truff.
Specifically for Italian, like grinders and pizza: Firelli
It has a balsamic vinegar base, so good!
Can someone help me with the follow question:
Why does Tabasco get so much hate?
