This thread was originally titled, "Incredible development in the $612,000 Transcon Goodge run, currently ongoing" but the new title is more descriptive. The description of the run is here.
Goodge did a 24 hour race round Madison Square Garden, invigilated by Seb Coe, the Secretary of the UN, and the Pope. On lap 67 his pulse dropped to 133. All my research shows that given his pace, power of 10 history, and underwear, there's no way it should have been lower than 135.
I can create an endless number of conspiracy theories for Willvlc if needed.
In all likelihood, Willvlc's report is just going to be saying Goodge's heart rate data was fine when Willvlc was in America observing compared to the other days and that is all the proof Willvlc has of cheating. That's why Willvlc says in the Facebook post that after he releases his report, then "the global running community can make up its own mind". If Willvlc actually got anything, the report wouldn't be so ambiguous that it lets you make your own conspiracy theory conclusion. If Willvlc actually got any proof above the dumb heart rates, his report would have a clear and concise conclusion that would accuse cheating outright.
So you should prepare to be disappointed at what Willvlc will release.
Ok I'll take the bait. My guess, perhaps wrong because it's a guess, is that the big reveal will be "take a look at these heart rates". What do think it will be?
I've passed no opinion on Goodge, it's the investigation I'm commenting on.
Word is that Goodge’s pace/mileage dropped significantly while the effort needed to produce those lowers numbers drastically affected Goodge more than ever seen in his social media postings. Effects like high sweat rate, crying, screaming, and overall disenchantment. Further, the heart rate data during the aforementioned period was now normal and didn’t produce any of the previous anomalies seen before the governing body arrived to observe said run. Based on the probabilities of all 4 of those changes happening once Will C. arrived, essentially a 98% slam dunk.

Why are you persisting in spreading more rumours of Will C's report? Just wait for the report to come out.
I must confess to monitoring my own heart rate as I await news with bated breath. Will not divulge whether it’s above or below 110 bpm the moment the page loads.

Bearing in mind the last major new development was that WVC had discovered that in previous runs where WG had run slowly on multiple days he had a low heart rate, while in official marathons and training runs where he was running faster, he had a higher heart rate, I’m not holding my breath.
If only Goodge was being sponsored by a tech company who used a wrist device to measure heart rate and associated biometrics. This company could surely shed some light on the matter.

so stay with him a few more days and break him. why leave so quickly?

Hi Mr. Goodge!
Don't be a stupid tit! I've consistantly backed Will C in his investigation, and been highly skeptical of Will G's run.
But I'm not going to condone people spreading rumours about Will G crying and screaming. It just looks like your making things up, and it actually detracts from the factual arguments Will C has based his case on.
Will C has also called on people to stop bickering and wait for his report to come out. So to accuse me of being Mr Goodge for echoing this advice just makes you look really stupid and ill informed.
If Will C’s report regurgitates his previous points, supported by his anecdotal accounts of Goodge’s running over a mere 3-4 days, then the man’s just made an international trip for nought.
The only question worth asking when it comes to the potentially suspect was why Goodge’s data ‘fails’ in such a unique and particularly timed way. And, even then, we’re taking Will C’s word on that - nobody else is going to spend 10+ hours trawling through strava.
I've been watching this thread. I hope Will G is doing it properly. Will C does have a point though. It would be nice to know what is going on with the heart rate measurements.
Day 28 on Strava posted yesterday. High (ish) HR until km 27 and then boom. Lower.
This by itself doesn't mean Will G is cheating. I often run with an HR strap that reads higher for some reason until I adjust its position, when it then goes down to normal. I find the watch based HR to reads higher that actual when it is incorrect.
