Most of the people in the list I posted run their easy days quite easy relative to their PRs. Pretty much never see Alicia Mo son run sub-7 min avg. on an easy day. Joe Klecker does a lot of runs at 6:30 pace, which is not fast for a sub-13 guy.
Both Emma Bates and Keira D'Amato are good examples of running their easy runs easy, with mileage and paces that don't look like anything special lots of days. Then every few days they'll knock out a run that makes it clear that they're truly world class.

Isn't the whole "Klecker miles" thing about running easy miles fast?

Yeah he doesn’t seem to do that too often. Maybe one easy run a week besides the long run. Occasionally two.
I tend to like following the mountain/trail athletes as the places they run look incredible. Some interesting ones that regularly post pictures and all their run details are: Megan & David Roche, Grayson Murphy, Megan Lacy and Rachel Tomajczyk
Maybe seems like a little much two weeks out from Boston?
CJ is just that kid from your high school team who always went too hard in workouts and thought that his splits were an "indicator" of a certain fitness. Strava just allows him to be that kid but on a bigger stage.
Follow your local or regional elite, their training is far easier to understand in comparison to your own. Many professional runners do not live or train in the real world.
