Agreed - and from what I heard - they absolutely had to get away from Young. It wasn't optional.

Laura is working with Steve Vernon from UK athletics but not sure where. I’d love to see her head up and do some altitude training somewhere. Katy Snowden spent quite a bit of time in Flagstaff earlier on the year and you can see how much she improved. She beat Laura at the UK championships.
Agree with that. I think Muir has maxed out what she can do in her current environment and only has a few years left. She does altitude stints in South Africa and Font Romeu, but it's not the same as being based and living at altitude. I'd love to see her head to Flagstaff for a year but she'd need to find a coach that will adapt to her lower mileage, higher intensity approach
