Girma rules
Katir leaving Fisher
I see nothing wrong with how she ran, she followed the pacer and was actually in third in the early part of the race then took the lead and blew it open 400-600 to go running completely alone and set a WL. And that chopped step didn't help either. You guys do realize most setup WR attempts fail.
Girma and Katir on pace, Fish in 5th
Accepting apologies on those who doubted Mo Katir

Girma 7:23:81!
Alright and let’s get Girma out of the Steeple
Good Lord. WR for Girma, with Katir just behind...

Bol - 50.22. I suppose Lievin track is not that fast.
It certainly is no Armory. Was it even banked?

Winning time 7:29 or 7:30, I guess.
Or maybe not…
At the moment: Girma, Nuguse, Jakob.

Ok, that was pretty awesome.
Not for Fisher or the Kenyans.
Cue the Bowerman hate…..
Why do I root so hard against Katir. I should get over it.

Of course, Katir above Jakob too.
So Girma probably could have run 3:30 today.

You have my apologies! The man is back and needs to feared over 1500 and 5000. Running inside Komen's WR, damn...
I think we can put to bed the idea that Nuguse is the only challenger to Jakob, as someone said in another thread
Girma WR (7:23.81), Katir AR (7:24.68), Fisher disappointed American (7:35.82)
