I’m a distance runner coming off of my first indoor track season in high school, and I really want to do PV in the spring, while still running the 800/1600/3200. Is this a combination that I can realistically balance?
I’ve also heard from my coach that javelin could be a good option for me if I choose to do any field events. I was pretty good at HJ and LJ in middle school too before I committed to distance.
