Water, kilocalories, amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids, micronutrients, phytonutrients, fiber, probiotics.
It's all mathematical biochemical to me. The point is to be optimally nourished. Taste is just a little add bonus and emotions play little or no part.
And then I see videos like this, and it blows my mind that people actually think like this. Not that there is anything wrong with it, but it's just freaking weird to me.
The video is annoying and difficult to get through. I recommend watching it a 2X speed.
