Anyone else here have lingering stress and sleep problems after recovering from COVID? Ever since I tested positive in August I keep waking up in the middle of the night or just having restless sleep. For example, I slept at 10 PM last night but woke up at 12 AM and felt like I was half awake the rest of the night. My Garmin watch said my body battery this morning only recharged to 50 even though I “slept” for 10 hours. My watch has also been telling me that my HRV throughout the day is low, so it thinks I have Medium or High stress levels even when I’m just lying in my bed or sitting down.
Anyone else experience this? Or have any tips for how to recover from this?
