The SDNY has had 6 years (actually decades) to charge him with all the instances of alleged (on your part) tax fraud he has engaged in over the years. Yet he still frolics with the babes down in Mar-a-Lago even today.

Where did I allege anything? I don't care if he gets charged or not.
That is really, really weak. Trump didn't single-handedly keep Garland off the court. That was Mitch taking a gamble and winning it.
As AG, Garland isn't supposed to act like a judge. He is supposed to act as a prosecutor, and that is what he is doing. The more we learn about Trump's documents case, the more it looks like Trump has committed obstruction of justice and probably violated the law regarding sensitive documents. It also now is clear that his claims about only doing what other recent presidents have done is bullcrap.
Imagine a man holding documents the shouldn't have, and offering to trade them for other documents he wanted but hadn't been able to grab before he got out of town. That is bald stupidity. And the timeline shows that he got more chances from the FBI and National Archives than any of us normal people would have enjoyed.
First, he isn't (and wasn't) President when this occurred. Second, it is a crime if moving those boxes was an attempt to hide stolen property.
I love it when non-lawyers spout complete nonsense and speculate about hypotheticals with ZERO evidence of such actions.
I am a little confused. Are you saying you are a lawyer and that you are saying I am wrong when I say Trump wasn't President when this occurred or that it is not a crime to hide stolen property or both?
Trump is so fucqing stupid that he single handedly turned a document dispute into a felony criminal investigation of himself and the evidence is now rock solid including his own Mar A Lardo property surveillance video. On top of that he has willingly offered up many more incriminating lies and excuses on TV as well for prosecutors to use.
Documents on Iran’s missile program, U.S. intelligence work aimed at China were among the most sensitive material seized by the FBI, people familiar with the matter say.
This is funny, you think a President is guilty of a crime for telling someone to move boxes from one room to another room in the same residence?
No - he is guilty of obstruction if he has instructed staff to move highly classified documents to avoid returning them as he was legally required to do. The only joke is your inability to understand why this is a legal issue and that he faces criminal action. But that goes with being a Trump supporter.
Its purposeful ignorance. Its easier for him to think myopically that he is just being accused of the having boxes moved than understanding moving boxes was to hide them in order to obstruct justice.
First, he had access to all of this information while president. There is nothing in the documents that he didn't already have knowledge of. If he wanted to betray his country, he would not have needed the documents. Second, Obama had access to far more confidential documents after he left office in the old grocery store in Chicago for two years after he left the presidency. It's anybody's guess as to why presidents take this stuff with them after they leave. Some write books, others write memoirs, etc. A lot of the stuff they seized was souvenirs (pictures, mementos from events, etc.). The people leaking what was contained in the classified documents are probably worse than Trump in that they are actively leaking classified information and it is questionable whether individuals seizing the data are cleared to peruse through the information (much of which could be covered by executive privilege).

...but Obama
...but Benghazi
...but I declassified them in my mind
On the face of it, without the silly distractions and whataboutery, someone that should not have had classified documents did. Anyone found responsible for this should be subject to the same laws and penalties as anyone else.
All the people that make armchair quarterback, hot take, excuses for having Top Classified Docs at your home should take a moment and defer to those that have worked in the Intelligence side of Gov. What you will find by listening to the true experts is that what Trump did was off the wall, entirely crazy, reckless, treasonous and unprecedented. Any other govt employee would be facing certain jail time without any question or doubt.

He'd be so proud of your efforts sweetie.
So sad that you humiliate yourself like this for him and he'll never even know about it.
