Starting QBs usually play for 1-2 series during pre-season so nothing starts up until opening day. I’m bullish on Justin Herbert and the Chargers this year.
My man, seen a few preseason games before, know how it works, ok?
Herbert is in with Mahomes, Wilson and Carr the best QB gang in the NFL for a division. So you see the Chargers winning the AFC West?
I’m more optimistic about my Chargers than I’ve been for many years. Herbert is an absolute stud and I predict he’ll be considered the best QB in the league by the end of the year. They’ve made off-season to improvements to the OL, DL and secondary and if you check out the pre-season power rankings, they’re always in the top 5.
Yeah, I’ve seen pre-season games and they suck. Teams aren’t going to risk injuries to their starters and they aren’t going to be on the field for more than just a few plays. There have been top RBs that don’t play a single down during pre-season.

You watch preseason to get a look at the rookies and maybe discovery somebody new to you.
I have a magazine I trust in, they have your Chargers with 68.5 power points. Ah....tied for ninth in the AFC ....ouch!!!! Number one...Bengals/Ravens at 71,5

Too early for NFL discussion. What happened to the hot topic about Haiti? If you need to know, the cowboys suck and will not make the playoffs.
There I was in Haiti decided to come home, was gonna rent a car but was told.......dude, this is an island ya know, I just grinned and told him.....not according to Let's Run. Obviously that got a.......never heard of it.
3. San Angeles Chargers (9-8) - Previously: 3. The Chargers are one of my favorite Super Bowl LVII odds picks, as you can see by clicking the link. I can't believe they were 25/1. This reminds me of the Cardinals last year; Arizona would've been much lower than 50/1 had they made the playoffs the year before. The 2021 Chargers were even closer to qualifying for the playoffs than the 2020 Cardinals. Now, they have Khalil Mack and J.C. Jackson to bolster the defense, and Zion Johnson to help with the offensive line!
Seriously, Jalen Hurts has the best offensive line in the NFC East, the best running backs, the best tight end and the best wide receivers.
You don’t think he will use his talent and those tools to be the best QB in the NFC East?
Your top rusher was Hurts with less than 800 yards, your top WR had less than a 1000 yards, ya got sacked more than you sacked. Says here number one in rushing.....with a QB the top rusher....huh? Hmmmm....yep stud O line.
As a team, the Eagles were number one in rushing in the NFL last year. I think Miles Sanders is the best running back in the NFC East. He was hurt a few games last year but he gets 5.5 yards per carry and is explosive.
Their line:
Jason Kelce at center and Lane Johnson at right tackle are pro bowlers. Left tackle, Jordan Mailata will be a pro bowler as will left guard Landon Dickerson. Right guard Seamalu is solid.
Dallas Goedert is the best tight end in the NFC East.
AJ Brown will be the best wide receiver in the NFC East. Devante Smith is a heckuva number 2 receiver.
Jalen Hurts is pretty good abs do well if these guys around him stay healthy.
