Been reading a bit about how pickle juice is one of the best replenishers of electrolytes. Tried it in the morning, just three small tablespoons and it disturbed my stomach. No upset stomach but it just felt off.
Anyone a fan of pickle juice? I don't see the point of buying those pickle juice drinks in glass bottles. They're expensive and don't seem to differ from actual pickle juice plus you get the bonus of the pickles themselves. But not so sure about the nutritional content.
Anyone use this after long runs in the heat or manual labour?
Or do you prefer to stick to sports drinks - homemade or bought?
