I actually just got a new pair - reebok floatride energy 4 (last pair were version 3). I got these even cheaper - £39 with a 35% discount code. Typical pace is 8:00 in these and 5:50 in the vaporfly 2 for racing.
Alphafly, usually about a half marathon. I know they are for racing but as a relatively heavier and injury prone runner I find them worth it for how much they save my legs. Over 400 Miles on my current pair and they’re worn but still going.
Endorphin Shift for easy to steady paces (25 percent - 10 percent slower than MP). Simply effortless rolling and excellent protection. Mine has travelled nearly 500 miles and is still going strong. Excellent price. I've done a 20-mile run with up to 8 MP with no problems. Also love to wear converse shoes (you can check them at lil peep shop) So you don't have to worry about whether or not you'll find your size; instead, think about how many outfits you can pair these shoes with. Because we want to give you both quality and quantity.
Do you have any miles on the Vanish Carbon yet? I’m a little put off by the price given some reviews that mentioned how quickly the outsole wears down. But they really seem like an ideal long run shoe for me. The Altra fit simply works for my wide feet (and no other plated shoe fits).
About 30 miles so far, keeping them for key workouts and races (which means I won’t pull them out again until fall). I don’t have much wear personally on my outsole, it’s actually a ground contact EVA outsole. The Vanish Tempo (a plateless Vanish Carbon) is coming out this month and has a traditional rubber outsole and should be more durable. Thinking about these but so far I’m fine with the Rivera as my general purpose workout and medium-long run shoe.
I’ve gone up to 13.1 in them so far, should be a good marathon racer too. Upper is a bit finicky, some hills are a bit unstable but it’s only occasionally and it’s not too bad. I need to play with the lacing.
For me I train in supershoes as they keep me fresher, and less injury prone, also I could handle more training load. Sure, its expensive, if you price it a 0.2-0.5$ per mile, then it is less than a massage/physio and its fun.
New balance fuel cell rebel v2, generally in the 18-24 mile range. They seem to hold up pretty well for something so light. I used to swear by zantes and am very pleased that NB finally made something that feels similar to/better than the zante v4.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m still holding out hope that New Balance releases the SC Pacer in a wide but I’ll keep these on the list as another option should that fall through. The Escalante Racer, Rivera, and Vanish Tempo are now added as well.
