I just ran a 17:34 5K around thanksgiving and will be running a half marathon very soon. The prediction charts say I should be able to run 1:20+ for the race, but I feel I should be able to at least run in the 1:19s. Is this too high of a goal. 5K pace was 5:40, hald pace for sub 1:20 would be 6:05. Does anyone think this is possible?
