Hey all,
Just started back on the indoor track after a pretty tough XC season for me and my calves are killing me every workout (training for 800m). Everything else seems to be working well but half way through workouts my calves are tightening up and making the rest of the workout a pain.
Any suggestions on how to get them to loosen up a bit? I've tried massage, ice bath, hot tub and they help a bit, but ever workout they tighten back up.
