I got your point dude. I disagree with it. You ignore all of mine.
There is nothing in Bolings times to suggest you are RIGHT other than you looking at the color of his skin. Some may say that's.....anyways.
You, at this point, have NOTHING to back up what you are saying other than racial stereotypes that I think has more to do with certain countries having a more successful or willing doping program than someone's color.
Too bad the Russians or Polish etc are not back in their state doping days so they can compete with the amazing Jamaicans (who have the most stringent testing policies ever) and the Americans (Green, Gatlin) who never cheat ever! Then I do believe, white guys, would have a little more success than you think. Kind of like before around 1983 or so....when those countries really stop caring about it as much for other reasons.
And btw, most people don't realize this, but "white people", if you don't include the middle east (I do, but most don't) make up only 12 to 13% of the world's population. There are more people in India than white people in the world.
So unless white people dominate every sport, they must suck at it. It is just insane. Lot's of fast white guys don't go into track the same as many other races. 1.4 billion Indians and not 1 fast one. Seems strange or they don't care!
Unless your doping in the 100, good luck winning a medal. And Boling seems like too nice a guy to do that, but if he wants to win, he better start soon, 2024 is coming and he might surprise you since he is the wrong skin tone and all. And if he does, I will be very suspicious.
