TAX Breaks for Major corporations...Lots of big companies moved their European headquarters to Dublin. That happened about 8 years ago. There was a shortage of houses with lots of people moving in and it drove house prices up.
Also EU subsidies helped..

Yeah, but the fiends behind the scenes are trying to ruin the strong showing by shoveling third worlders into Ireland as they've done with much of Western Europe and the US.

Ireland's economy is fine, but technology-wise, they are a little bit behind, especially when it comes to the business sector... This is only second hand from what my brother who works there says.
