friday was 30 barefoot
Saturday was a road mile in 4:52, then 6x500 in the grass with super spikes. Averaged 1:22.5. Felt kinda bad going the 500s felt nice. Our third guy led most of the workout, then me, then our fourth guy. 4:18 guy was hurting.
Yesterday I did 30. Felt very tired and sore, and was out of the house all day. Didn’t want to borrow from Peter to pay Paul at this point. Race Tuesday is divisions, so everyone in the county. Not this Friday but next Friday is state quals, we’re the favorite, but I should get in as an individual either way
