I've done 2 of these before, stopped posting whenever i'd get hurt and miss a workout or two, but I spent the last Winter season healthy so I guess it's a sign of good fortune. Junior in highschool post crazy growth spurt (5'6-7 as a freshman in XC, currently 6'3) and just being generally skinny and underdevelopped so as a younger kid I had some injury problems, but nothing atypical besides a really bad hip flexor injury i got in early 2021 as a soph. I couldn't train consistently till this cross season but since than i've improved a lot and got down to 2:01 in the 8 despite being a 16/32 guy. Looking to break 4:30 in the mile this spring, but not too focused on specific times, just tryna let everything come naturally.
