Moving to the perspective of family members is an appeal to emotion (logical fallacy), irrelevant to the discussion, and also another roundabout way of pretending I was saying the specific act of rape differs between soldiers of the two nations, which I never said. See above.
No, you cannot say, "that rape, looting, murder and terrorizing civilians are part of Russian military strategy", more than it is also the strategy of the US military.
Mounting evidence says you are wrong (as does common sense). There is a video and article above showing Russian soldiers shooting two elderly Ukrainian civilians in the back after they had been determined not to be a threat. Start there and work your way back through this thread and you will get a strong sense that is the standard operations of the Russian military, as opposed to actions by rogue soliders (unless you are Bad Wiggins and believe its all an elaborate CIA-Hollywood fake with crisis actors and photoshopped images, or that Ukrainian soldiers dressed up as Russians and shot their own citizens to gain more sympathy for Ukraine).
The Mahmudiyah rape and killings were war crimes

That is a terrible atrocity that made headline news in the US back in the day. According to the source you posted, the US soldiers involved were tried and convicted; Green got life sentence; in 2007, Barker, Cortez, Spielman all got 90+ years in prison; none have been paroled and likely will not be for many decades (if ever).
In a sense, you are proving my point above about "acknowledgement, prevention, accountability, and punishment" with respect to the US military and US society. You are also refuting your own previous and bogus points about the US media failing to report on such events. The footnotes to the Wikipedia page you cited, have multiple cites and links to NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN. Here's more:
Looks like you are all over the place, deflecting, exaggerating, contradicting yourself, passive-aggressive. You getting all Wiggy. You know what I mean?
