I recently got a 4:13 1500m. For context, I run around 20-25 mpw but I’m starting to run more. My 800m time is 2:00. How realistic is this? And what could i get my 800m down to. My 400m is 52. I don’t ever really run below 60 400m pace in training

Speed endurance will be your limiting factor at the moment. I would suggest bumping up your weekly mileage to 35-40 miles per week for starters. Also if you're doing 200m repeats in training I would aim for X10 200m in 28-29 sec with 30sec recovery. When you can knock that out fairly comfortably you'll know you're ready to run 4/sub4. Going off your 400m time you could probably ultimately get your 800m down to 1:51-1:52.
Yeah order some EPO to your address in the name of Peyton Manning's wife or your wife if you have one.
