Currently I run with little back kick and almost no bounce!!!!

Do NOT force a form change to look like some other runner as you will almost certainly not optimize your potential by running unnaturally, rather run like it feels natural trusting your own body’s intelligence to find its form of greatest economy.
Injury risk, not performance, should be the only reason to consider forcing a form change.
If you are really convinced you want to kick your butt, simply run faster; yes really, coz high kick is the result, not the cause, of faster running.
Check your hip mobility. Couch stretch.
Do you do drills? Skipping, quickstep, light bounding.
You gotta move, move, move this and groove it.
