I recently purchased and AquaJogger belt to run in a pool while I recuperate from injuries. It works pretty well, though you have to make an effort to get the heart rate up to 70% of MHR. AquaJogger sells closed cell foam shoes to increase resistance while water running. Has anyone here tried these? Also, there is a tether that can anchor you so you don't move so much in the pool. Have others tried it?
Additionally, any techniques you could share to improve comfort and effectiveness of workout would be appreciated.
