USTFCCCA CONVENTION ENDS AS SUPERSPREADER EVENT

This might be the only chance for track to get back into the national spotlight for a while. Someone tell Fauci it was a superspreader event!

Of course people spread Covid at an event with no masks, indoors, from people traveling from all over the country. Lol DUH

Gtfoh I know coaches from 4 different programs (multiples at 1) across the country that are positive… I don’t think anyone is saying that these people are “sick” just tested positive. They have taken tests for various reasons. Of the 6 people I personally know one kinda has a cold. Most of the coaches are vaxed and healthy so not a huge deal. Hopefully they don’t give it to a baby or a person who can’t get vaxed then that is not awesome.

If you were at the convention, then you know that plenty of people who were at the JW Marriott WERE NOT coaches.

Not saying there wasn't any cases, but I was there and haven't heard of anyone catching anything. The only way people probably caught something was from staying downstairs at the crowded bars until 2 am every night begging for it.

LOL. There were no official cases of omicron a couple weeks ago in the US, and now it’s 73% of the sequenced positives. There are superspreader events all over the US, probably thousands of superspreader events.

Newsflash......most crowed indoor events are where Covid19 is spread. How do you think it spreads....by magic?
