Any have any experience with allergy or mold induced fatigue? Is there anything you did to improve you running in regards to fatigue, considering that many allergy medications have the side effect of fatigue?
Thanks

yeah, my senior year in high school our house had mold growing in the air vents and we didn't notice it. turns out i was pretty allergic to it, but we never knew. I thought i had some kind of respiratory infection. it ended up ruining most of my season, often i couldn't break 20 min when i was normally a mid-low 17 guy. two weeks before state, we discovered the mold and started using some kind of air filter that increased the ozone levels in the whole house to supposedly kill the mold. two weeks later, i went from being consistently 7-10th on the team to being 1st by about 15 sec. so we were a bad team. but the point is, the allergies and mold drained me pretty badly, but once we took care of the problem, my energy levels jumped pretty drastically.
I have mold and ragweed allergies. You should go to an allergist to get tested and then you can get an allergy shot every week. It did wonders for me!! I hated being sleepy and miserable it effected everything not just running. Get the shots they help ALOT!!
