Now he does higher mileage, was up to 130max before Athens.
Yup. It sure helps.
Interestingly, Meb does most of his mileage in "singles."Before his 10,000 AR, he averaged about 90 miles per week on one run a day.In the buildup to this year's NYC Marathon, he ran only once a day--though his weekly mileage got as high as 115.
