I am 17years old and Wang to start Training seriously again. I started running at the age of 14 but was never able to train consistent without injuries. I never Managed to handle my training for more than 4weeks. After that I would get Injured and was out for a couple weeks or months. During these 4week cycles I was running around 25-30 miles. I was never able to race while I was in shape.
At 14 I ran a 4.5km (2.8miles) Cross race in 15:51 with practically no Training. Then I was injured for a couple months. Then in summer also at 14 I ran 10:15 for 3k with very Little Training. Something like 3weeks of 10-15miles. After 6months of injury At the age of 16 I ran 2:08 in the 800m with 4weeks of 15miles per week. (2xworkouts, 1x5mile run)
Then I got injured again and lost my fun for the Sport. Now at the age of 17 I wann to start Training seriously again. I have solid Natural Speed. I think I can Probably run sub 12s 100m or Right around 12s.
What do you think can I run If I put some months of consitent training together. I wann to focus on the 800m and the 1500m.
