Wondering if anyone can give some tips on how to reduce or avoid this? It only happens on my left foot. It used to happen around 5kms and trying thinner socks it seems to happen around 7-9kms.. wondering if it would help to wrap middle toes (where the numbness is felt). If I stop and take the shoe off for a while, it improves then I can do another 4-5kms before the numbness returns.
