North Central is missing some of its top guys though I heard. We'll at least I know tht Greg Targosz is comingback from an achilles injurt in the spring. They still should be good nonetheless.
Ithaca College (9th last year) returns all of their runners.

I mostly know about the midwest teams but I think OW Oshkosh has to be the favorite going into the season. I think they have almost all their guys back. I know they did not finish off 01 like they wanted and will be ready.
