I mean, objectively, he has “gotten away with it!”
This guy is clearly a ticking time bomb and a Grade A jerk-off but the legal system isn’t designed to hold people like him accountable.

My hunch is he's connected and either 1) had a good lawyer 2) knew the judge or 3) a combination of 1) and 2).
Trouble seems to follow this guy wherever he goes. He's a serial race cheater, attacker of women, cops, etc. Is there any limit to his illicit behavior?
Apparently he’s raised a few thousand for mental health charities.
His light is in there, he just needs to deal with his demons.
He needs therapy for underlying problems. What happened to this dude in his life to make him act the way he has? Obviously a pattern of behavior now. And yes, he got off easy considering his history.
This seems so unlike Mike.
Oh well. Time to call the AOL lawyer/landscaper.

Nothing wrong with raising money for charity — far from it — but it’s also an easy way for some people to claim some much-needed goodwill without much effort or real sacrifice. See: Rich peoples’ philanthropy, your campus fraternity’s “philanthropy” nights, “the Barstool Fund” etc etc.
It doesn’t make anyone inherently a better person to ask other people to write a cheque.
Glad to see that the Letsrun slander machine hasn't shut down for COVID...

It’s not slander if it’s true.
" After telling Rossi they were going to tase him if he didn’t calm down, the cops did just that, "
oh who else would have loved to watch that happen?

From cheating marathons to cheating proper justice.
Gotta give him kudos for those two things considering he avoided a DQ (he's still in the results) and avoided jail time.
Train wreck of a life though, commiserations to his family.
What's he doing for a dollar these days?
If you want to know what will happen / is happening to Rossi, look up "Hernandez, Aaron."
Does assaulting a cop make him a hero to the SJWs on the board?
Sounds like the guy is/was battling some intense demons, and this incident was his coming to Jesus moment. For 99.9% of Americans, life really can't get much worse than DV and assaulting a police officer.
