All of those claims are legit. Sweat Elite used to be more written content and it was revealed a lot of their articles and training plans (that they charged people to view) were fake or plagiarized.
It’s a pretty big turn around to post only unedited video straight from the source, but all of that last stuff was pretty well known.
I remember seeing the crazy Mo Farah training weeks that Salazar prescribed them. In addition to a bunch of Kenyan/Ethiopian training weeks. Then, they took quite a break and didn't post for a good time. Took advantage of the slow downfall of workout videos of Flotrack and made a serious move towards social media.
Morgan seems like a pretty cool guy why's everyone seeing those things. During workouts, a lot of athletes are joyful when the cameras are on but I'm sure they're just as serious as Morgan when they aren't there. During the Olympics, he was nice enough to get interact with the locals and share his experience winning a silver medal. It's the little things that say a lot about a person. He's great friends with the competitive folks around CU so I don't get it. Anyways, Sweat Elite is pumping some real content! Love their stuff.
