The "slowest start" isn't a real thing. I care about their time at 100m. If they can run the fastest to 100m from a dead start faster than anyone else on the relay, they should be 1st leg, mathematically speaking. It doesn't matter how slow they are to 10, 20, 30, or 53 meters for that matter...it matters what their time is at 100. Fastest 100 is the fastest 100.
