Hi - new here. I recently decided to do something about my health including walk/running. But seem to suffer from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot. I decided to get better shoes and in this journey have done a lot of research. I have gone into the Brooks flagship store and to specialty stores but having a frustrating experience as the advice seems to be different and also in the end there is an admittance that there isn't really a focus on my issue.
I have wide flat feet, but not fallen arches - it's anatomically flat feet and so they say you don't fix that with arch supports. The industry also tends to assume if you have flat feet, not only do you need to fix it with arch supports to fix your fallen arches but that also you overpronate. I don't overpronate. My left leg is neutral and my right supinates. I have a few issues that cause that I won't go into here too much but includes disc, piriformis, etc issues.
So having a hard time finding the right shoe for an anatomically flat feet that supinates. Any recommendations or advice? And btw geez these shoe prices are astronomical!
Thank you for your help in advance.
