She did the same thing in the 1500. She was obsessed with uphill 100 repeats for some reason?

Henes must be another one of those poorly coached NC State runners who peaked early

Hahahaha. Oh Jill. You tried....I guess.
What is her obsession with pointing out that people run less mileage now and instead run short fast intervals? Does she even know anything about distance running? Does she know this is NOT the 1990s anymore? Has she ever talked to a distance runner or coach?
You could literally pull up any marginal sport on YouTube or Twitch — chess, poker, ping pong, frisbee golf — and get better, more interesting coverage from the hosts. Why we have to listen to these idiots talk about speed endurance in a 5K in the year 2021 is unexplainable.

They both called her hines multiple times, shows how little they know about distance running
Also bad meet for Orton
Henes looked super serene The whole race. I seem to remember her mom looking the same...just no stress showing.
The 3 top women's teams were expected to be USC, Texas A&M, and LSU. USC is doing better than expected. Texas A&M is doing about as well as they were expected to do.
LSU lost their number 1 seed 100 hurdler to injury which would have been 10 points, and that allowed a USC athlete to win. And the otherLSU athletes in general have not performed that well.
Going into the final event, the 4x400, USC is up by 13 points on Texas A &M, 66 to 53. LSU is back in 6th in 28.5.
Did they say 48.85 for Mu?
I forget if it was Gault or one of the BroJos who refused to call Athling Mu a lock for the Olympics, but man is she absolutely a lock for the Olympics.
Currently a protest in the 5000. Anybody see anything unusual that happened?

How bad is the coverage? Did they not even mention that Henese is the daughter of the head coach? Like that's an amazing story.
If you have any power in the grand scheme of things, can you PLEASE talk to some people and try and get better coverage moving forward. These jokers are an embarrassment to the sport.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
