I keep going 23-high 24-low and then fade hard the last 100m for 27.x for low 51s consistently.
I think I can run 11 low for 100m if I can get my start down, so I feel like the speed is there, and I’m a middle distance runner, so the endurance definitely is too.
Are any of you more educated on sprinting and know the ideal way for someone like me to pace the 400m? Am I pacing it wrong or am I just not there yet? I really want to break 50 so I can be 4x4 fast by next season, and put 1:50 in my wheelhouse as well.
Current PB is 51.2, standing start, MD spikes if that matters.
