Oh. I didn't realize this was mentioned already. Carry on.

Because humans were not meant to interact through computer screens masks.
Not to mention the environmental impact of medical waste you seem to ignore.
I can’t believe you claim to be in charge of children.
And we are supposed to believe the CDC is the pinnacle of science?
For this whole pandemic they have lied about “data”
Purposely taken from New York Times to appease the lefties

Really? Why don't you go to Africa, India or any third-world location and ask them about allergies. The only places you see food and environmental allergies prominently are "clean" places like the US. Our immune systems need to be exposed to pathogens in order to protect from pathogens. This isn't a crazy new idea, it's 9th grade biology.
You cannot mask, wash, or Purell away all the pathogens out there, nor would you want to.
But equally you could go to Africa or a third-world location and ask them how many die through diarrhoea and sanitation-related issues. It counts for 1 in 9 child deaths worldwide.

There's a happy medium between living in a bubble and drinking water from a toilet. No one is saying we should eschew basic sanitation.
Yes.
I agree. Learning about necessary bacteria is 9th grade biology.
That helps us learn about germs in a rudimentary form.
But then we grow up.
We take elementary molecular bio classes.
We take genetics classes.
We take anatomy classes.
We take chemistry classes.
And we learn about virology, specific pathogens, RNA receptors, manifestations of untreated bacterial infections, the chemical reactions involved, and when or when not to use ampicillin, amoxicillin, penicillin, kanamycin, erythromycin or other treatments.
I guess if you look at it with a scope of 9th grade biology, it makes sense why there would be resistance to change on a scientific level.
However, those who are guiding us are on a completely different academic plane.
I trust them.
I trust science.
Why should we have to live a 9th grade biology class life when our collective knowledge of precautions and the reasons have surpassed that?
Oh, I am.
And the children are doing fine.
They hear their angsty parents grousing about regulations and are cognizant of the push back.
But the kids, themselves are fine.
I don't care about adult angst. Not my problem.
I care about the kids..who are fine DESPITE the adults.
You're obviously not a teacher.
This guy has no clue how overwhelming and transparent his confirmation bias is as exposed in hi comments.

That is all probability and maybe.
You didn't answer the question as to why we shouldn't live as protected now.
I did. Allergies, dangers posed by chemicals in things like antibiotic soaps and cleaning products, regular exposure to antibiotics creates super bugs and destroys beneficial bacteria in your system, etc. Excessive cleaning can be harmful to your system as well (my brother's mother-in-law damaged her lungs from excessive use of household cleaning products).
It is good to challenge your immune system is founded...where?
When you are young and healthy, your immune system gets the programming it needs for encountering diseases later on in life. Kids in developing countries have lower rates of allergies and asthma as a result.
That sterilizing the environment is dangerous..where?
Chlorine in drinking water carries an increased risk of colon cancer, antibiotics in hand soaps are linked to antibiotic resistant super bugs and weakened immune function, etc.
And centralizing on triclosan?
That is old news.
Old news on a chemical you felt happy using for years.
Most hand soap companies are using Benzalkonium Chloride or Benzethonium Chloride now.
Those new substances will be tomorrows banned substances. The detergents in regular soap are sufficient to break down the covalent bonds to remove sufficient amounts of dirt, bacteria and viruses with traditional hand washing. There is no need to buy the antibacterial soap, dish soap, etc..
“Consumers may think antibacterial washes are more effective at preventing the spread of germs, but we have no scientific evidence that they are any better than plain soap and water,” said Janet Woodcock, M.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). “In fact, some data suggests that antibacterial ingredients may do more harm than good over the long-term.”
In summary: Wash your hands with standard soap and water, wear a mask in public indoor settings (although if you are vaccinated, that is pretty much unnecessary), sanitize or wash your hands after shopping or pumping gas. There is no need to wear a mask outdoors, there is no need for kids to wear masks at all, antibacterial soaps are unnecessary and can be harmful and OCD cleaning / sterilizing of everything can cause physical harm.
Confirmation bias?
Or is it that your evidence and claims are just weak.
You've been arguing using tired old rhetoric about the economy for months and putting forth that you know nobody with covid.
If there is anyone showing confirmation bias, it's you.
And you are obviously not a decent man.
We all have our issues.
Dude.

So when "your" kids turn 18 you stop caring about those human beings?
How noble of you.
Maybe. Maybe not.
I don't owe the current adults an explanation. You don't deserve one.

See what I mean.
We all have confirmation bias. Many of us try to account for that when reaching conclusions.
Covid suckers make no such attempt to do so as they believe they are immune from bias. This is because they do not go along with the establishment narrative because they are all so educated and have studied all the peer reviewed science as they all believe and claim, but rather because the hucksters used and are using fear to get past the logical, skeptical part of the brain.

I didn't ask for one.
You ask a question then say you didn't ask for an explanation.
Eh, i guess it's good that you run because you'd be bupkis if you had to rely on your mind.
But yeah...you're not an elite so I guess you use running for play to mask the stupidity.
I guess we all need an outlet.

Man, you are really dense.
It was a rhetorical question.
I already know your type. I also work with children and there are people like you around.
We have been successful at weeding them out.
But yeah... no one likes you so I guess you use running for play to mask the loneliness that comes with being a sociopath.
You guessed right.
It’s sad people let him anywhere near children. He is clearly unstable. Every so often he makes failed threats about coming to get you or references some weird Texas conspiracy theory. He needs help.
He also doesn’t understand science. He wants kids to roll around in giant hamster balls and communicate through phones instead of face to face in the dirt and fresh air like normal kids should.
What are we arguing about now? I can’t read 3 new pages of BS.
